2 Days until Darrell begins the Journey to India

Almost Here

Only a couple of more days at home, before I begin my journey to India.

For those who are curious how you get to India, it goes something like this:

My Travels Part 1 

The first leg of my Journey begins from Dulles Airport.

I will be traveling on Etihad Airlines ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Etihad_Airways)  from Dulles to Abu Dhabi International Airport ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abu_Dhabi_International_Airport ) located in Abu Dhabi,  the Capital Emirate (emirates are equivalent to principalities), of the United Arab Emirates.

 My first flight will be on an Airbus A340-600

My Travels Part 2

From Abu Dhabi, I will be taking a much shorter flight directly to Bangalore International Airport, which was recently renamed to  Kempegowda International Airport
             ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bangalore_International_Airport ). 

This flight will be an Airbus 320

Once I arrive in India, it will be about a two hour drive through busy traffic to get to our host.  Once at our host we will have only a short amount of time to wash up & get ready for our first two seminars!  I have a feeling I will be very exhausted by the end of the day.
